Last week The Sanctuary was home to DD1, her family and some friends for time out in the school holidays. These 3 came to visit “across the road”, and it was good to catch up with them.
Mister 5, stayed to visit for awhile when his big sisters went for a walk, and he did some colouring in and played with the tractor, while Grandma worked on stitching the binding of the baby quilt. (I am almost finished and will post a photo soon.)
They all departed on Saturday afternoon, the washing has been done, and the beds all remade again, ready for the next arrivals on Friday for Christmas in July. I have the decorations out, ready to be put up and Santa is making his list, depending if they have all been good!

Sounds like a lovely family weekend and I nearly thought that quilt beside your grandson was quilted with the same pattern I just used, but looking more closely I now see that it's different. I hope you can get ready for next weekend without too much stress. Take care.
Merry Christmas; lots of fun and happy, smiling faces at your place. Enjoy~
