Exciting news

Just a quick post this morning before I get busy with Max. I have managed to finish some allover jobs this week, and have a small custom on the machine for this morning, while the washing machine is doing it's thing as well. All the retreat washing is done, so it's time to wash my "stuff". I have woken up to rain falling this morning, so my clothesline will be inside by the heater today.

This weekend, from Friday until Sunday is the Quilters Guild of SA's annual Festival of Quilts, in Adelaide. 4 members from our local group have entered 8 quilts altogether, and the exciting news of this week, is that all 4 have received phone calls from the QGSA telling us that we have won a prize. We have no idea what, or which quilt it is for, yet. We had intended going to the show on Sunday, and picking up the quilts after. But as the presentation ceremony is on Friday morning, we are now making the journey tomorrow as well.

So better get busy on Max, and I will be back with quilt photos real soon.

Have a good day.

Blessings, From Jude
