It is lovely to wake up in the morning listening to the birdsong, although I do not like the fact that daylight happens from 4.30AM!!!! Thankfully I can keep my eyes closed in spite of this. It was a very lazy start to the morning and perhaps it was brunch, and not brekkie that we enjoyed!?
Here are a couple more photos of the park at Toodyay.
There are quite a few homes in this park as well.

As stated before we had hoped to be in Perth by now, but were unable to get a booking so we stayed north of the city. About 2pm we drove into Perth, without the van, to visit with Barry's family.
On the way there, we stopped at a caravan park so that Barry could actually talk to a person, instead of sitting on the phone and pressing 1 or 2 and getting no where. We finally managed to get a booking, starting on Sunday for a week.
Pop enjoyed time with 2 of his grandies. (Sorry no photo of the other one yet.)
They played backyard cricket, swam in the pool, saw photos of their recent trip north, and we enjoyed a lovely roast tea before a fun evening playing snakes and ladders and Greed. We have plans to catch up again while we spend this week in Perth.
Barry has been to Perth many times but it is 5 years since his last trip. There has been much work on the roads in Perth in that time, and thus our trip back to Toodyay took a 'little' longer that expected because someone missed a turnoff the freeway. After some backtracking we arrived back at the van a bit later than expected!!. Barry is impressed with the work that has been completed in 5 years, and we have hardly had a bad road since we left home.
Blessings, From Jude

Did someone miss the turn off or was there wrong directions involved
I would love to see Perth some day. It looks like a wonderful trip!
