Colour Therapy workshop

Top photo is Pat's kookaburra, which she has appliqued onto a background that she dyed herself in a workshop with Marie of Holly Handdyes, who is teaching this at The Sanctuary from March 23-25. There are still a couple of places left, so if you are interested in learning how to dye your own fabric, enjoy the company of others and take time out from the usual routine please email me for more details.
The bottom photo is Marie's kookaburra, done on a background which she painted herself. She wasn't too sure about it at first, but now the bird is on his branch, it looks great. Love the pink in the sky.

Enjoy your day, I have a few edge to edge quilts for this week, a cleanup at The Sanctuary, and remake the beds ready for another influx of people this coming weekend.
I am so glad that the weather will be cooler, in the 20's all week, sounds just lovely.
