Thursday - Part 1

I shall try to fit in a post this morning before we board the bus. This morning (Sunday) we need to pack "it" all up and head to the next place. ( I went to Walmart last night and purchased another case!!)

We have been 5 nights here in Paducah, and today travel to Branson, where we stay for 3 nights. It is raining outside this morning, so just as well we are on the bus for about 8 hours of travel. The weather has been good, one very cold, almost freezing day, the rest cool, and sunny. Spring is late coming  to this area this year.

Thursday was our trip to the amazing, very large, overwhelming shop, or should I say warehouse?? of Hancock's!!
The photos might give you some idea of the scale of this place.

I have not been fabric shopping with a shopping trolley before! There were probably about 200?? ladies in this shop buying!!

In the car park outside, there were probably more than 100 cars in the car park, and I was interested to look at the different states represented by the number plates. (There were also buses going back and forth to the convention centre as well).

People might have thought I was a bit weird walking around taking photos of number plates??

These 2 ladies, and I can't remember where they were from, were happy to have their photo taken. People came from all over the US for this show, many driving 10 - 12 hours, or flying in.

The bus came back and picked us up at 12, and I shall post about our afternoon, in a separate post, called Thursday part 2.

Blessings, From Jude
