Just a quick post of newsfromjude for now,..............I know that I am overdue for the latest travel news.
It is taking me a while to process all the Darwin photos and information, so I will share this news in the meantime.
While we have been away, the SA Quilters held their annual quilt show, the Festival of Quilts in Adelaide. I had entered 2 quilts and delivered these to a friend in Adelaide before I left.
I entered my William Morris design, by Michele Hill, that I called Dear William, and here it is hanging at the quilt show...............
...............and here is the other quilt, my Antelope Canyon quilt and I was surprised to receive a purple Highly Commended ribbon for this.
This would be the first Adelaide quilt show that I have missed for many years.
Now I will get back to editing and sorting photos for my post on our week in Darwin. We are already on the downward journey to South Australia again. Apparently the weather is still very cold down there, while we have enjoyed much warmer days and nights.
Be back soon,
Blessings, From Jude
