Customer quilting................

Just in case you think that I have been all play and no work, here are a few customer quilts that Max and I worked on in January, after a 2 month break.

The first one is made by Marion and is one of those quilt tops started many years ago. She was very happy to finally get her Birdhouse quilt finished ready and into my queue. This was quilted allover with a star and loops pattern.

Cheryl hand pieced these hexagons into a hexagon shaped quilt. This was quilted allover with Simple Feathers.

Lois made this Chandelier quilt for her granddaughter in WA. This was also quilted allover with Berry Vine Park pattern.

Here is another top handpieced by Cheryl and appliqued onto a cream border. I used the pattern Midsummer dream on this quilt. Cheryl makes many handpieced quilts and does an amazing job.

This quilt is a Ready Set and Sew kit pattern called Kathy's Roses and was made by Sherrel. This was also quilted allover with a pattern called Damask Rose. This has been a very popular pattern in a variety of fabrics.

This quilt was made using all half square triangle units into different blocks by Sherrel. I quilted this one allover with a  pattern called Deb's Swirls.

Here is another quilt made by Marion. It features train blocks in between the grey/ black blocks. This was also quilted edge to edge with the Curling Waves pattern.

The next 2 quilts were made by Sue and were both quilted allover with a circle pattern.

I now have a custom quilt loaded into Max and hope to get to work on that this week. I will be back soon to fill in the rest of January newsfromjude.

Blessings, From Jude

I always enjoy these posts, seeing what others have sewn and how you enhance them with your quilting.
